The Pingtan Ocean International Convention and Exhibition Center is located in Pingtan, known as the "Thousand Reef Island County" in Fujian Province, only one way away from Pingtan High speed Railway Center Station.

Pingtan has beautiful sea scenery, and the project is tailored to local conditions. The design deliberately incorporates natural elements such as "stone houses", "sea eroded landforms", and "sails" in Pingtan. The exhibition area features a continuous and unique curved roof design, a gradient elliptical hotel, beautiful curves, and a novel appearance, creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere of "angel wings, sail shadows dancing".
