The speed skating venue of the Beijing Winter Olympics

Beijing Olympic Park is one of the important gathering places for national sports venues, including the National Stadium ("Bird's Nest"), National Stadium, and National Aquatics Center ("Water Cube"), which were the three main venues for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Now, on the west side of the Olympic Park, the iconic building of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the National Speed Skating Oval "Ice Ribbon", is under construction. It will also be the only newly built competition venue in the urban area of Beijing for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
